November December yoga restore and balance

Asana and pranayama in this series will nourish your body while inviting in soothing energies to support balance in your chakras and nervous system. This class series is appropriate for all levels as modifications and challenges will be offered. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or block and water to class. Chairs will be available. yoga & Transformation

This multi-level yoga class is created uniquely for the group energies to support your optimal transformation and alignment as you grow through grace and joy. Each class will build functional strength, mobility and balance, awaken and expand self awareness, and help you embody the whole self. You will be lead through asanas, pranayama, and meditation for a soothing and balanced practice that promotes grounding, resilience and rejuvenation. Bring a yoga mat, strap and blanket or cushion to class. Investment is $20-$25/class. Drop in or series package available. Mondays 5:30 - 6:30pm in Ankeny. Contact for details or to sign up.

Yoga for Strength

This yoga class will support your health & well-being with functional movements, strength building postures and relaxation for a balanced practice. Ankeny Community Center Saturdays 9:00 - 9:45 am. Some yoga practice helpful but not required. Modifications are offered. Bring a yoga mat and blanket to class. 6 or 8 week session. Drop in available. Sign up

Gentle yoga

This gentle yoga class is designed to support healthy joints and the nervous system adapting yin, restorative and therapeutic yoga styles for a soothing practice that promotes space, ease and resilience in the body. All levels welcome, No experience needed. Bring a yoga mat and blanket to class. Chairs are available for use. Ankeny Community Center Tuesdays 9:00 - 9:45 am. 6 or 8 week session. Drop in available. Gentle Yoga

This gentle yoga & pranayama class is designed to support healthy joints and the nervous system adapting yin, restorative and therapeutic yoga styles for a soothing practice that promotes ease and resilience in the body. 30-40 minute weekly recorded practice. All levels welcome.
